Jason listened to our needs and helped us make the right choices based on what we were looking for. He found a way to get us the cars we wanted in the styles we wanted instead of trying to sell us something "on the lot". Jason did an excellent job helping us. The service people, finance specialist and sales manager were also very polite and helpful. I wound up driving away in a Mazda-3 and my wife bought a CX-7. We love the cars and would very highly recommend looking at North End Mazda for a positive experience and great cars. More

Jason went above and beyond to help us as we shopped for 2 cars. He took the time to help us explore both new and used cars. We admired his ability to be helpful yet not pushy. That definitely worked to his advantage. Jesse made us feel confident that we were getting the best deal we could and that we would be well cared for in the future. My only complaint was that my Tribute was not detailed very well upon delivery. Jason noticed this immediatelty and promised me a free detail next visit. All is well. North End Mazda in Lunenburg, MA has the absolute best customer service. Every staff member there is very friendly and is always there to help you out. I bought a 2004 mazda RX-8 a couple of months ago. Jason was the salesperson who sold me the car. He was very helpful. He answered all the questions I had. I then met with Tom to do all the final paperwork. Tom was very helpful as well. He explained everything in detail. Unfortunately, after only owning the RX-8 for a little over a month, I hit a deer and the car is totaled. I called North End Mazda and told them what happened and they were there for me and helped me out. The service department manager Roger was very helpful and friendly when I needed a loaner vehicle. I ended up finding another mazda, a 2003 mazda 6 on the colonial website, and Jason was able to get it shipped up to North End Mazda, where i purchased the RX-8. I went down there and Jason and Tom helped me fill out the paperwork for the mazda 6. North End Mazda is by far the best dealership around. They went out of their way just to help me. Jason was so helpful that he actually spoke with my insurance company and was able to get me more money for my totaled vehicle! I had a great experience at Northend Mazda. Jason was my salesman and was extremely easy to work with. He answered all my questions and was never pushy. We agreed on a date/time to take delivery and when I got to Northend everything was ready for me to sign. Jason did a great job going through and explaining everything I needed to know about the car and I was on my way in about an hour. This is the second vehicle I have purchased and I expect to purchase my 3rd from Northend when the time comes. This customer is highly satisfied and would recommend Northend to anyone. More
