We purchased a new Mazda 6 from Jason Cote back in July 2012 and had a terrific experience. Car shopping after "credit issues" just plain stinks. Every dealer you go to tells you they can get you financing - then you find out it's at 10% for 84 months. Not at North End. Jason and Tom know their lenders and work to get the best deal possible for YOU. Jason is up-front, no BS, and no pressure. He knows what current rates and programs are, and can give you a very close estimate of payments on any vehicle within minutes, You don't spend 3 hours in the showroom while he tries to talk you into more car than you need or more options that you can't afford. He doesn't make 37 trips back and forth between his manager and his financing department. He really, truly is there to get you the best deal he can on the right car for you. Fast forward 6 months and we were vehicle shopping again for a second car/truck. I was primarily in the market for a full-size pickup and looked at Chevys, Fords, Nissans, Dodges, etc. I became less enthusiastic about the process with each dealer I visited, each one a time-sucking 3 hours or more of agony as I waited in some salesman's chair for a test drive, price quote, financing question, etc. Why can't it be easy? Completely disgusted with the whole process, I came to grips with the realization that I could not afford a pickup for the monthly payment in my head and instead focused on a SUV/crossover. We loved our Mazda 6, and had no doubt I would love a CX-5, so I picked up the phone and told Jason I was on my way. When we walked in to North End Jason was there to greet us with a smile despite the fact he was already staying past his initial departure time just for us, and he had us on a test drive within minutes. He assured me he could get me into an AWD CX-5 at the terms I was looking for, and he didn't disappoint. In under two hours we had signed papers on a new ride, at a lower rate and less months than our first car. All they needed to do was prep and register it and we could drive it away the next day. The service department even managed to squeeze in an oil change on the Mazda 6 while we were there for the new-vehicle pickup. After two great experiences at North End, you would have a hard time convincing me to go anywhere else. More

This was a terrific buying experience, the best I've had. I asked information on a car via Mazda's website and Jesse Manning responded with an email as I requested, rather than calling as other dealers did. He quickly sent me a quote that was very reasonable, and followed it he next day with another email telling me of a rebate Mazda had just added, and telling me to lower his price by that amount. When I asked for a color he didn't have, Jesse offered to find one, and did even better by locating a left-over car after I said I'd seen some available. Jason Cote handled the actual delivery, as it was Jesse's day off. I met and dealt with several people there. Matt Lynch in the service department stood out, not only explaining the maintenance schedule on my car and the services they offer, but in setting me up quickly with a spare key. I traveled more than an hour to get to the dealership and would cheerfully go farther than that to buy from them. More

I purchased my 2004 Mazda 6S new from North End with only 83 miles on it. I have always had it serviced there and the service has continually improved over time. The service department has always been honest and fair. They notify me of recalls and tell me when a repair or scheduled maintenance is coming up so that I can prepare financially and/or research options (e.g. type of tires). In recent years, the service department personnel have become even friendlier. They are friendlier on the phone and in person, schedule me for service on short notice, advice me of cost saving options, and treat me as a friend. When I go in with a mechanical issue or concern, they take the time to explain the diagnosis, why the problem occurred, and my options. Roger, the parts department staff, the technicians, and all North End staff that I have encountered over the years are knowledgeable, work hard, take pride in their jobs, and do much more than what is required of them. I believe in the North End Service Department and, after purchasing a used vehicle from them with Jason Cote a month ago, plan on having my family’s second vehicle serviced there as well. North End Mazda values the business of their customers and expresses it through their actions. When I first started getting my car serviced there, I was surprised that they washed my car when I got it serviced. It was really nice, saved me time, and kept me proud of my Mazda. Over the years, I have had to get extensive work done on my vehicle on several occasions after hitting a pregnant deer, running over a raccoon on the highway, being victim of a hit and run in a parking lot, getting dented rims and flat tires on potholes, etc. Depending on the extent of the damage, North End either fixed my car or recommended a body shop and helped me make arrangements. While they were fixing my vehicle, they sometimes let me use a rental vehicle. In fact, when I purchased the used vehicle, our trade-in was inoperable and we were given a rental car so that we could both go to work while it was being prepared. Thanks to North End and their staff, after years of ownership, I am still proud of my Mazda! More

My wife and I spent some time test-driving different cars from different dealerships. We had the ride and experience in mind that we wanted, but not the make or model. Jason was very patient and thoughtful throughout the process. We still had a few cars outside the dealership to test-drive and he was understanding. We felt no pressure, just good information. Jason listened to our needs and helped us make the right choices based on what we were looking for. He found a way to get us the cars we wanted in the styles we wanted instead of trying to sell us something "on the lot". Jason did an excellent job helping us. The service people, finance specialist and sales manager were also very polite and helpful. I wound up driving away in a Mazda-3 and my wife bought a CX-7. We love the cars and would very highly recommend looking at North End Mazda for a positive experience and great cars. More

We admired his ability to be helpful yet not pushy. That definitely worked to his advantage. Jesse made us feel confident that we were getting the best deal we could and that we would be well cared for in the future. My only complaint was that my Tribute was not detailed very well upon delivery. Jason noticed this immediatelty and promised me a free detail next visit. All is well. My husband's new car was detailed beautifully. More
