If I could leave zero stars I would. Do NOT buy a car here. I spent $50,000 on a brand new new Tucson and 6 months after buying the car they called me and said they lost $1,000 I had put Do NOT buy a car here. They refused to work with me and ran my credit card for $1,000 SIX MONTHS AFTER I HAD PURCHASED THE VEHICLE! Awful customer service! The employee from the finance department even mentioned that this wasn't the first time this had happened. Also, I purchased the paint protection AND a clear bra and the employee that was over that department scheduled the application incorrectly. If it wasn't for me doing my research on the proper application, it would have been put on my bran new car wrong! All they care about is money and not about the customer experience. Unless you want to get screwed and taken advantage of, don't go here! More

I just purchased a used vehicle from Murdock Hyundai in Murray at the end of April this year. The car has a recall that i scheduled a service for and needed them to take a look at a noise in the front of t Murray at the end of April this year. The service advisor said it would cost 500$ to fix the noise and that it is a wear and tear part. I find it hard to believe the Wear/tear could not be seen on the vehicle when they did their multipoint thorough inspection before they sold me the vehicle a few months ago. I have been trying to get ahold of a sales manager today and the receptionist keeps transferring me to voicemail won't even put me on hold to speak to someone, super unprofessional and I would not recommend this dealership. More

The "no regrets" is just baloney. On the day of purchase and on two other occasions, they said we had a warranty on the trade in and because of their failure to do due diligence on the numbers, we owed more and on two other occasions, they said we had a warranty on the trade in and because of their failure to do due diligence on the numbers, we owed more money. We said we are not going to pay the money because that was not what we agreed on then we were given an option to either pay it or return the car. We went to the dealership in an effort to return the new car and get the old car. We communicated with the sales manager who accused us of lying when the deal was made. We were belittled and utterly disrespected. To make matters worse, they were not willing to let us return the car like they had stated. When they realized that we were adamant on returning the car, they then said they will cover their mistake. At this point, I did not trust ANYONE at Hyundai Murdock and was determined to return the car. They then said I will have to pay a hefty fee for the work they had done on the trade in car which was hogwash because work cannot be done on a car if the deal has not funded. They would not let me get it without paying for the stupid repairs. I paid the fee and got my car only to find that some of the work they claimed to have done like was not done. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. Go to other dealerships where you get value for your money. I ended up going to VW Southtowne and got a way better deal on a brand new SUV. More

Unless you enjoy giving away $8,000 Over the price of the vehicle I would not recommend going here. They make you feel comfortable and like they are a great company and then hit you with $8,000 worth of “tax vehicle I would not recommend going here. After the lengthy process I discovered a past accident hidden, a major oil leak, and the driver seat completely falling apart which was held in place by the salesman during the test drive. The sway bars were loose and clunking and after a promised tank of gas they failed to fill it up. I called and texted the salesman to look at options and received no response. When I returned to fix the situation the sales manager walked past me twice with no greeting after being requested to come speak with me. Once face to face he played a role of ignorance regarding policies to used car sales and options to remedies. He refused the return option of course and then demanded $900 to fix a leaking oil pan and oil filter housing gasket. After much talk and complaints, apparently Mr Murdock himself authorized $500 to help with the repair on the lemon sold to me. Overall, terrible experience. Never again will I shop Murdock. They lack integrity and care nothing for the customer. More
