Dealership listed a vehicle on their website for $11,000 less than what they tried to sell it to me for. When I pointed out the discrepancy the dealership had a “take it or leave it” attitude and made zero less than what they tried to sell it to me for. They lured me in with a low price and I felt lied too when I noticed the increased price right before signing the contract. More

I had a great time at Ford Country because everybody was so respectful and helpful. My sales person was Rudy Garcia and he is the best. Since I had no clue what cars and parts are, he helped me put in my or so respectful and helpful. My sales person was Rudy Garcia and he is the best. Since I had no clue what cars and parts are, he helped me put in my order for the Bronco. He also took his time explaining why certain accessories are important or not according to my needs/ wants. From start to finish, he has been with me. When it was time to purchase the vehicle, the wait time wasn't bad at all. Rudy kept me informed every step of the way, which was very reassuring. He also showed me how to sync app with my Bronco, how to use steering wheel controls and the technology that came with the lux package. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat. Rudy also made sure I'll be taken cared of later for my car maintenance. The prices they offered aren't bad at all. I give Ford Country 11/10 :) More
