Amazing Caring I wasn't sure I was ready to buy a new car However I had been tossing it around for about 1 yr. I went to the dealership with my sister who just did I wasn't sure I was ready to buy a new car However I had been tossing it around for about 1 yr. I went to the dealership with my sister who just did buy a new car and met Jason D. her sales person. I kind of picked his brain about cars, payments, etc and gave him my email "just in case" he came across anything I would like. Jason kept in touch ( he was not a haunt) he sent me an email with some cars avail, etc. Then one day he called me! "THE CAR" was just traded in and he wanted me to come see it. Well, today I drive that car!!! Jason was informative, respectful, and dedicated in helping me. I wouldnt go through the buying process again with out him! Thank you Jason! More

jason duquet is awesome!!!! Obviously jason helped me and my boyfriend get a new car. He was very professional, nice, and not pushy one bit. Overall Not Satisfied I bought a 2015 Ram 1500 Express with the Black Edition. I wanted the truck ordered from factor seeing how there were no local trucks that I wanted I bought a 2015 Ram 1500 Express with the Black Edition. I wanted the truck ordered from factor seeing how there were no local trucks that I wanted available. The salesman wasted about 2 weeks trying to find something I didn't want with no update to me until after he got the truck all the way from VA with 900 miles on it already which is outrageous for a brand new vehicle. I ended up biting the bullet and just taking the truck there but there were a bunch of additions on the truck that I didn't want (rain guards, bed rails, pin striping). So the next day I go to pick the truck up which was supposed to be ready hours before and it was still sitting in about the same spot not even close to ready. I had to wait around and have them pull off the guards and clean the truck. I noticed holes cut out of the plastic bed rails and told the salesman they needed to be replaced. He replied with the tonneau cover will just cover them up. I expressed my feeling toward that and told him again to have them replaced. He said they would be in within the week and he would call me. About 2-3 weeks later I have to call back and talk to him again because he forgot all about them and in the mean time I found some hole drilled into the tailgate that they knew about also and didn't say anything about. So, I had to get both bed rails and the tailgate repaired on a brand new truck. All of which they knew about and wouldn't have done anything unless I bothered them multiple times about it. Every time I was told I would get a call back I never did and had to hunt people down myself. Till this day the issue is not resolved and I've already put almost 3000 miles on the truck. \ Another major concern of mine was my trade in truck. I had a 2003 Dodge Dakota which was in very good condition. Mark Dexter and I agreed on a trade in price of $1800 and I was ok with that. When I was signing all the paperwork for the purchase of the new truck he comes back to me and tells me he can only give me $700 for the truck. I ended up having to let my truck go for $1000 or he wouldn't have taken it. Huge issue with the way of business. So for a short summary I would never refer someone here for the simple fact of quality salesmanship. Do what you say! Don't give out a bad product and try to pass it off like nothings wrong then play the stupid game all throughout the process. Act like professionals. More

Stereotypical dealership expirience This was the worst dealership I have ever been to, bought my first and last dodge. Sales department is probably fine but their service department is c This was the worst dealership I have ever been to, bought my first and last dodge. Sales department is probably fine but their service department is completely incompetent. It was the stereotypical dealership experience where you are quoted one price and with every phone call your bill jumps up $1000. I started out with an $800 quote and by the time I pulled the plug I had flushed away $3500 and my vehicle was still not fixed and sending the same engine code that I had brought it in for 3 times. The dealership refuses to make reasonable efforts to correct the issue. I went in to discuss my options and was told that I should have stopped throwing money at it a while ago and $3500 would have been a good down payment on a new vehicle, after every suggestion from the service department was to just fix this that and the other thing and it will be good as new. Definition of highway robbery and had I known that the service department was not able to diagnose the problem right, I would have taken the money and bought a Chevy or a Ford. Either one would have been better. If I could give them zero stars I would. More
