Putnam Chrysler Went Above and Beyond My experience with Putnam Chrysler has been excellent! I called Jason about a 2013 300 S AWD that was listed on CarGurus. I had my eye on the car two My experience with Putnam Chrysler has been excellent! I called Jason about a 2013 300 S AWD that was listed on CarGurus. I had my eye on the car two weeks before relocating back to Connecticut from California. I called Jason on a Monday and he mentioned the car just sold two days prior. At first I was bummed. Then something told me to ask Jason if he can find the exact car (Black ext/Black int), low mileage and for the same price. He said he would. Two days later I get an email saying the found the exact same car. A leasee just returned the car and it was up for auction through Chrysler. They said if I want it they'll bid on it. I put down $1,000 and said go for it! I get another email from Jason saying they won the bid! That made my day. Super excited, we started the paperwork on a Wednesday. Jason said come in on Saturday and we'll wrap this up for you. The process was very thorough and quick. Jason went through the car with me, set up my Bluetooth and gave a thorough overview. I drove the car off the lot and couldn't be happier. These guys ROCK!! Their customer service is excellent and the staff is super friendly. Keep in mind I never stepped foot into the dealership until the day I signed the paperwork and I live one hour away. Just the best customer service I have ever experienced at a dealership. Determined Jason had a tough time finding me the Jeep I specifically wanted -- the color and options. Then when he found it another dealership played the game o Jason had a tough time finding me the Jeep I specifically wanted -- the color and options. Then when he found it another dealership played the game of "you can have it; you can't have it (twice!)". Jason felt so bad about the up and down roller coaster we were on with the other dealership that he was more determined then ever to find the Black Bear that I wanted. He found it! I tortured Jason with abundant emails and stop ins without appointments throughout all of this, but he was always so pleasant and easy going. Great guy. I highly recommend Putnam Chrysler! More

At no point and time did I feel pressured or pushed into something that I wasn't comfortable with. In an odd way the entire experience was "fun" (as much as car buying can be) mainly due to Jason. It was as if I was buying a vehicle from a friend. Promote him and give him a raise and vacation time; he deserves it. More

After last years blizzard and looking like another bad winter coming this year, it was time for a 4x4 vehicle. My father purchased a vehicle from Putnam Chrysler a few years ago and told me he had a great experience and enjoyed working with Jason Duquet. So we went to Putnam Chrysler and asked for Jason. Test drove two used 4x4 trucks and purchased the one I liked better. My dad was right, Jason was exellent to work with. No pressure to buy something I didn't want. I got what I wanted at a reasonable price with a four year warranty at a really low interest rate. Jason and everyone else at Putnam Chrysler that I dealt with were very friendly and made you feel right at home. My overall experience was excellent and I will be a return customer and my dad will be as well. Everyone was awesome!! If you're looking for a new or used vehicle this is the place!
