Staff was all very profesional and friendly. They worked with our individual situation and found/applied several discounts to lower the price. Mike Garrett was very easy to work with. Buying a new car can actually be easy and fun. My sales person, Mas, was extremely professional and knowledgeable answering my many questions. My tour of the service facility was also a plus as it looks to be top notch as well. More

Well, I drove 3.5 hours to purchase my new car after 4 failed attempts on price, service, and just being able to communicate. I will admit, I came in the door a non-believer but I was and am happy to repo failed attempts on price, service, and just being able to communicate. I will admit, I came in the door a non-believer but I was and am happy to report, they made a believer out of me. I left out the dealership with the warmest feeling that after I left the previous shift in the atmosphere, this company really honored all it said in writing and gave me the ABSOLUTE best deal I received at any dealership with me and my other half purchasing two brand new vehicles in two days. I love Will and Jason. They are AWESOME and after the first attempt at getting me out the door before didn't go as planned because there was a nick in the door, they quickly recovered me a new vehicle out the back of their vast inventory of cars and the Supervisor of the detailing department came just to clean my car. They honored our trade in...sight unseen and made me feel better than ever. My other half said "baby, these people seem like they want to take care of you," and they did. Since I am slightly disabled, it was imperative for me to have the right car at the right price and they did it. I will tell you I even enjoyed the Finance Director. She is AMAZING and we appreciated her getting us out quickly to face the long drive ahead. After hours they made a commitment to make me feel great our spending our money with Tedd Britt. We received great customer service. Tim Lee was a very professional, customer pleasing, sales manager. Trent Ellis and Vince Keam were very knowledgeable salesmen and very friendly. Joe Fendrich in Finance was great. He explained everything and was so pleasant. I spoke to Jason Fischbein a couple times on the phone. He was always very nice & professional, and he returned my calls. Overall, the team at Ted Britt Chevrolet in Sterling VA was great. We drove 3 hours to get there, and I would definitely do it again. By the way, I love my Traverse!!! More

When I started looking for a car, I knew what I wanted. A 2013 Traverse. I visited several dealerships before coming to this one. The first person that greeted me outside as I walked towards the building A 2013 Traverse. I visited several dealerships before coming to this one. The first person that greeted me outside as I walked towards the building was Mike Garrett. My existing vehicle was purchased from Ted Britt Ford of Chantilly so I wanted to see what kind of deal they could offer. The customer service I received from Mike was great. He was very personable, accommodating and seemed genuine when he said that he would work to get me what I wanted. I shared with Mike that buying cars was one of my least favorite things but he said he liked talking with people and helping them get what they are looking for with the best deal possible. So, it begins. We start looking at cars. He shows me around the service department and introduces me to the staff. They were friendly and enthusiastic and assured me they would meet all my needs if I purchased a vehicle from this dealership. If Mike didn't know the answer to one of my questions, he went and found out. The vehicle model I initially wanted was way out of my price range so he learned what I could and couldn't live with in a Traverse, as far as option goes like DVD player, leather seats, GPS system, etc which I liked and then we went from there. I think I test drove two cars and he was willing to let me drive more in order to help me decide on something I would really enjoy. Whatever I told him I was interested in, he showed me what they had to make a match. Well, we found a match. After that, Mike and Jason went to work on running the numbers for me. I had what I thought was a reasonable number in mind and I wanted to see if they come close to it. They did. At that point, I felt comfortable and accepted the deal. With financing already in hand, I signed the paper work with Carey of financing and was handed the keys to my new car that same day. Carey was nice. She went over somethings I might be interested such as maintenance plans as well as in-house financing. I told her I wasn't interested and she moved on to getting me squared away. No sweat, no pressure. I really appreciated that. I drove away happy with a deal that put a smile on my face because I got the car I wanted and with options that I could live with. Well, I'm waiting on a navigation install for GPS that I wanted that didn't come in the car but that should be resolved in a few days once it arrives at the dealership. Mike has been in contact with me giving me updates on the status as well as Omar. If you're in the market for a car, I recommend that you check them out to see what they can do for you. They know their business. More

When I 1st contacted Ted Britt Chevrolet I was contacted promptly. I talked to Silvana Hamdan, Jason Fischbein and Omar Hernandez in the beginning and they all worked hard to get me the car I wanted. I've been to other dealerships where everyone had something different to say, but these 3 worked together and were all on the same page which helped give me the confidence to continue the progress. Even when I wasn't sure what I wanted to do they never pressured me and I even made different appointments because of my uncertainty. When I finally committed and showed up I worked with Will Allen ( which was also on the same page) to finish the deal and I have to say he knew his stuff and was a class act guy! While I was in with the finance manager (please forgive me I forget his name) to finish up some paperwork Will kept my teenage kids occupied and they loved him! He's all they could talk about on our way home. This group of professionals is the reason why I gave such a great review and when I'm ready to buy another it will only be Ted Britt Chevrolet. More

Purchased a used Vette on 1/13/2013. Noticed and discovered some major issues with the vehicle. Went back to Dealership and discussed with Jason who was extremely responsive and accomodating. Brought car back to service with a list of items that needed attention. Ronald is the person taking care of me in the service department and I must say that he is extremely helpful. This was my first purchase from Ted Britt, I have been a loyal Koons customer for many years (purchsed 5 new vehicles from them). I must say that the customer service level received from both Jason and Ronald are outstanding by any standard. Of course my dealing were with these two gentlemen so my review is based on their ethics. I recommend them with 100% confidance. 2/16/2013 Update: the staff at Ted Britt continue to surprise me! I can not say it enough, these folks are OUTSTANDING! They also employ the best mechanic in the DC area! Thomas Miller is a genius! If anyone reading this owns a vette and need any mechanical work, please be sure to bring your car here, he knows Z06's like the palm of his hand!
