Excellent Toyota Dealer and service location I've owned lots of new cars over the years, all levels of brands. Quick and Easy Every time I have had occasion to come in to service, Jason has been wonderful. I am a senior citizen and he treats me with respect and kindness. Having to take care of a car by myself is daunting since my husband always took care of anything to do with the car. Since I have been coming in to your service station, Jason has made it a much more pleasurable experience. More

Poor communication I took my 2017 Highlander in because it was making a whining noise while driving. When I took it in, I insisted on taking it for a ride with the tech. I took my 2017 Highlander in because it was making a whining noise while driving. When I took it in, I insisted on taking it for a ride with the tech. He heard the noise right away. He told me that he had to contact Texas because when he hooked it up to the computer, it did not show anything. I received a call two days later telling me that Texas advised them that they wanted to change the transmission on my vehicle that had 6,000 miles on it. I was also told that the transmission was backordered and did not know when it would be in. I took my Highlander down to the dealer because the noise was getting worse and I picked up a Rav 4 loaner car. It ended up being a month before the part finally came in. I just received very poor communication from my service writer (Natalie) and the service manager (Jeff Forkins). Very unhappy as the way I could never get either one on the phone when I called. More

Her willingness and expertise to ensure excellent customer service from the start will never be forgotten. Bruce overnight-ed the part I needed, and I was provided a rental car immediately. Jason and Andrew worked tirelessly and professionally to ensure I received my repaired vehicle on time. All of their calm, patient manners were a great help to me when my frustration was at an all-time high after my car was broken into. Their knowledge of the car parts and remarkable problem-solving abilities are rare indeed. If the quality of a dealership's employees is an indication of future success, then Glen Toyota has a very bright future. I highly recommend Glen Toyota!! More

Absolutely Recommend Glen Toyota Buying a car is basically a single occurrence event, owning is ongoing. Both experiences are top notch when dealing with Glen Toyota, Not meaning to diminish my experience with the attentive sales staff who are great, but the service team is what resonates. As mentioned, once bought, living with the vehicle is another matter. Service managers Mike Elston and Jay Forkins guide a terrific service staff and modern comfortable service facility. I've been dealing with Glen Toyota for long time. I've bought and serviced my Toyota's at Glen. I could easily buy somewhere else, even buy different brand. Over the years I've owned many,.many cars, different brands, both domestic and foreign. In the end it comes down to value and ownership experience. Toyota is without question a top notch company offering great cost of ownership and resale value. Glen Toyota Service Management and their staff are what brings me back to buying Toyota's.
