I feel the need to preface this review with the fact that I have been waiting 5 months to write this hoping things would change. My 2023 GMC Yukon XL AT4 has had electrical issues ever since the motor was r I have been waiting 5 months to write this hoping things would change. My 2023 GMC Yukon XL AT4 has had electrical issues ever since the motor was replaced at 23,000 miles in June. Battery was replaced due to issues when replacing the motor, driver seat module was replaced, battery then ended up dying completely, cruise control works intermittently, auto stop feature still does not work, audio system periodically just doesn’t work, and other various buttons are not operational 100% of the time in a vehicle that is 17 months old. Also, while it was in with the motor replacement in June, they put a crease in my driver fender and denied it. I have dealt with 3 of the 4 service consultants. Palmen has done nothing to make it seem like they care about keeping me at Palmen. GMC themselves have done ZERO to keep me as a GMC customer by standing behind their product. I have handled this extremely lengthy process professionally but direct. I am not out of patience. More
