Have contacted him multiple times, does not follow through with calling back or returning messages. I had to contact the Parts Dept myself to find out that my part is in but yet still have not heard through with calling back or returning messages. Understand that there was a computer breach but that doesn't give an excuse to not follow up with a customer. Even to just say that he got my message. I feel that because he's not making money off of my service, I'm not as important. Maybe that isn't the case but what else am I to think? More
