Took my 2018 Buick Encore suspected it could be the turbocharger and it was a factory recall. Fixed the same day and best of all, no charge. I am 77 and disabled. My grandson and D&D All Autos brought turbocharger and it was a factory recall. Fixed the same day and best of all, no charge. I am 77 and disabled. My grandson and D&D All Autos brought it in and received a call around 3 p.m. and it was ready for pickup! Thank you!! More

Had no appointment, and Tim got my problem diagnosed quickly. Needed to leave car overnight and got me a ride home. Picked me up next day when car repaired ! Also washed car for me too. Jason Garon is the best. Always great to work with and very professional and nice. The service is always fine. The only disappointing part is the total cost of the repair Always great to work with and very professional and nice. The service is always fine. The only disappointing part is the total cost of the repair needed on my Envision. And a very rare problem of the air bag system on the passenger front seat electronic system stopped working. So not happy about that. Not rating the quality of work yet because the part had to be ordered therefore it has not been done yet. More

The service tech was knowledgeable and efficient. I appreciated that he took the time to explain what he found and outlined solutions to fix the problem with my vehicle.
