Jason Giardina and Jamie Schutt made waiting for our European delivery a breeze and they were entertaining as well ;). Both gentleman are very knowledgable about the Audi line and made the experience enjoyable with their humor... refreshing to not have to deal with another "stuffed shirt"! After speaking to Internet Manager Michael Schutt I went into the dealership. I was greeted by a wonderful receptionist(Michael's mom) and escorted by Michael to met Jason Giardina. Jason is an amazing person and is very knowledgeable about his product. He also knows that listening to the customer's needs is what closes the deal. He is a great teacher and tutored me on how to use the controls after the test drive and again before delivery of my vehicle. He didn't try to oversell me. He just gave me what I wanted. I also got the opportunity to work with Jamie Schutt (It's a family affair)because Jason had a previous appointment. Jamie was amusing and effectively completed my paperwork so that I could speak to Mike P. the finance guy. Mike P. explained everything and made sure that he answered all of my questions. Overall, it was a great experience and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of because I was a woman. I will definitely recommend my friends on the west coast to Audi Naples. More

Myers, my husband and I drove from Punta Gorda to the Audi Naples dealership and were rewarded with an excellent experience and a new car. We worked with Jason Giardina, who was excellent in showing us the various models, new and previously owned, in which we expressed interest. We were able to test drive the cars of particular interest, while he answered all of our questions, explained the relevant features, and diplomatically assisted us in arriving at a price that worked for us and the dealership. This was done without pressuring us in any particular direction. We are appreciative to Jason and the Audi Naples management for their professional approach and would recommend this dealership to others. More

I explained to him that if I liked the SUV enough I'd be prepared to purchase that day but only if I got a fair price for my trade and a fair price for the Audi without the runaround. I was very pleased with our conversation and went in to test drive the Q7. I was introduced to Jason Giardina as my salesman and I must say that my first impression of him was right on. He is very professional and respectful. Didn't waste a second of my time. He handled the negotiation brilliantly in that we both seemed equally pleased with the deal. It wasn't just a painless experience, it was actually really enjoyable for me and my kids. Jason has offered for me to go back and learn about all of the options and I trust his sincerity in telling me he'd spend whatever time I need. This experience should be the model one for how a car buying experience should be especially given the financial magnitude of the decision. The Finance Manager was great too. I asked a lot of questions and he knew all the answers. We test drove the Golf TDI I liked from the internet, fell in love. I had to go home to think it over for the night and make an appointment to go back. Jason was prompt, when he said he would call to set up an appointment he called. We set it up an hour before they closed. I arrived, the paper work was started and he gave me options. We came to an agreement and I then met Michael Pierne. Michael as well was very friendly and personable. He also gave me options such as extended warranty, and gap Insurrance. I proudly took both, not to mention the great value in both. Beautiful environment, beautiful cars, great people, and overall satisfied. More
