Very impressed with the salesman and follow up after sale I purchased a Q3 at the beginning of this month. I spent several hours with Jason Giardine who was patient and accommodating. At the end I felt comf I purchased a Q3 at the beginning of this month. I spent several hours with Jason Giardine who was patient and accommodating. At the end I felt comfortable with the final decision. I picked up the car the next day. Also, the financial process went smoothly since Michael Schutt was informative and easy to deal with. After sale is very important to me since I did not know how to use all of the options available in the car. Alex Morales has been my go to person. I email him with a question and he always answers timely. But the emails were after the initial two meetings we had, one on one, to learn the car. The other day I had a question and dropped in without an appointment. Alex had the answer and quickly showed me in the car. I feel confident that they will be there in the future with whatever comes up. More

Outstanding sales and service I have always been very happy with Audi of Naples. I have found Justin and Jody in the service department to be proficient, thorough, and knowledgeable in all of my dealings with them. They consistently go above and beyond in completing work expertly and in the time promised, plus providing me with timely updates as work progresses. In December, I began looking at possibly trading in my 2006 Audi A4 for a newer model Audi. At that time I spoke with Jason in the sales department - I told him I was still very much in the “looking stage,” but he took considerable time with me explaining several options that I might want to consider. I really appreciated his knowledge and patience with me since I had a considerable number of questions. We spent the better part of an afternoon, and I left with several good options and ideas. This past Friday, I encountered an unforeseen mechanical issue that pushed ahead my new car decision. Friday afternoon Tamas was kind enough to take me around the showroom and provide several choices for what I had in mind. I knew within two models what I wanted, but I also knew my budget put the brand new cars out of my reach. Tamas took the time to show me a multitude of choices in their certified pre-owned and used car fleet. Despite going late into the evening, Tamas showed great patience with me and considerable knowledge of the vehicles as we explored many different options. I was most appreciative of how he focused on what I was specifically looking for in a car and helped me narrow my search. Saturday my wife and I returned, took a test drive and decided on the car we wanted. Upon our return we sat down with Tamas and Jason the general manager and spoke about what we might do about the trade in on our car. Jason was involved because the mechanical failure we had experienced with the A4 was a significant one. We had always had our car serviced there at the Audi of Naples and although the service department was in no way responsible for the mechanical failure, Jason took into account our long allegiance to the service department there and made us a more than generous offer on our trade in. In addition, Jason and Tamas both worked very hard to put us in the car we had chosen at a very fair price. Not only that but Tamas stayed well after the normal closing time to go over all the details of our Audi TT so that both my wife and I would feel right at home with our new car. I’ve always felt that a deal is a good one only if all parties are satisfied at the end of the day. I hope that Tamas and Jason were happy because I know that my wife and I are as pleased as can be with our purchase, and we feel that the folks there at the Audi of Naples did all they could to make us a fantastic deal! I was hoping to actually put off our purchase until the autumn when we could pay cash outright for the car; however, the demise of our A4 pushed our schedule ahead a bit. Tamas pointed out that we could finance the balance at 2.9% until we paid the car off later in the year. That fit right into our plan, and I was happy to go with that idea. He was even gracious enough to print out a payment schedule that clearly outlined exactly our monthly payment. After signing our paperwork, we headed off to the finance department where we were offered a four year forty-eight thousand mile warranty which would lower our percentage to 1.9%. My wife and I had already discussed the extended warranty and felt it was a great investment and the 1.9% was just an added bonus. Sadly, despite having a credit rating just a bit higher than 790 it turned out that the rate I received was actually 4.9%. . . , because the car was a 2010 model. I was a bit disappointed that the percentage rate mysteriously changed from 1.9% to 4.9% but I was willing to bite the bullet because of being able to pay it off within the year. If I would have had to carry that rate for the duration of the loan, I simply couldn’t have afforded it. I would highly recommend dealing with Justin, Jody, Jason, Jason, and Tamas at Audi of Naples They have taken very good care of us and I look forward to doing continued business with this outstanding Audi family. More

I would not hesitate in recommending Jason & Audi of Naples and this is my second purchase within twelve months and will only go to this garage in the future to replace my cars. Great all round team. Great Long Distance Buying Experience We were in Naples two weekends ago on a “get off the island” weekend. We had been looking for a “new to us” German convertible. We looked at an A4 at the Mercedes dealer right next door to Audi Naples. (See my review of them on their Facebook Page) It was a miserable experience. The next day was Sunday and we were due leave for home later in the day. While having coffee, we looked at the used car inventory at Audi Naples. Why we didn’t stop in there on Saturday when we were in the area, I have no clue. There were two possible cars, according to their online inventory. Unfortunately, they weren’t open on Sundays. We drove over to the lot and found one of the two vehicles; we later learned that the first one had been sold. We were very interested in the second car. The very next morning (Monday), I reached out to the salesman. It took most of the day going back and forth, but we came to an agreement on the price and the car was our’s. We had originally talked about trading in our existing Mini Cooper on the “new to us” A4. After talking with them, they offered us a very fair price on the trade. In the end, we sold the car locally to a friend who needed one. We made arrangements to rent a car and make the 5 hour drive from Key West on Friday. Jason G picked us up at the rental car drop off and drove us to the dealership. We filled out the paperwork and received LOTS of instruction on all the features of the car. Jason took time to work with my wife to assure she knew how to put the convertible top up and down. He also worked with her to set up the memory seats, mirrors, and clock. About two hours after we arrived, we were driving off the lot with our “new to us” car. If you are looking for an Audi, please call or email Jason G!
