After some less than positive experiences with dealers in our area, we contacted WRT via e-mail on a Sunday night. WRT was recommended to us by a family member. We received a call from Jason Gouchberg earl our area, we contacted WRT via e-mail on a Sunday night. WRT was recommended to us by a family member. We received a call from Jason Gouchberg early on Monday morning affirming they could get me the 2022 Tacoma within 3-4 months, received a follow-up e-mail within a couple of hours that they had located a vehicle with exact options and color we wanted and that they could deliver it within 6 weeks. Jon Roden was excellent to work with and kept us informed during the whole process via e-mail and text messages. The tacoma arrived as promised on or about the 6 week mark and the final purchase experience was excellent with both Jon and Chris Hatch assisting and answering all our questions. We were very impressed with the professionalism of everyone we worked with at WRT. This is the first toyota product we have purchased, and the dealership is about 100 miles north of our residence. The journey was worth every mile as it was easily one of the most positive, low pressure buying experiences I have experienced. More
