Most dealerships try to really low-ball you on your trade-in but I felt that they gave us a really good deal. My husband and I can be tough negotiators, but we felt that it didn't take much for us to all be on the same page and make a deal. We had let Cary know that we were on a tight time schedule (had to pick up our dogs from the groomers before they closed) and they had us out in plenty of time while still covering everything they needed to in the finance department and showing us how to use all the options in our new Civic. So far we love it! I had always been a Nissan girl, but I think Arrowhead Honda may have changed my mind :) More

Brian approached us with a smile and asked what we were looking for. After letting us know that theh Cross Tours were not available he showed us the 2016 Accord. We were a bit surprised that we could not get the Cross Tour but happy that Brian was so pleasant when showing us the Accord. We told him we would need to think about it and call him back. Well we called him 2 days later. He accommodated his schedule, had the car ready for a test drive when we drove up. He took the time to explain the "in's & out's" of the car. During the signing process he talked about the financing that Honda offered, Before we knew it we were not only buying a super nice car but saving money. It was such a pleasure to work with him. This has only happened twice before when we bought a Lexus and a Volvo. Thank you Brian for a quiet and professioinal purchase. More

They didn't have the color I wanted on the lot at the time. I left my number, and got a nice call (only one call) in a couple of days asking me if I was still interested in the Accord because they had one come in. I went in and purchased my Accord!!!
