Excellent Experience I was immediately asked by Matt if he could be of help as I got out of my car. I already knew what car I was looking for (2016 Odyssey) Matt wasted no I was immediately asked by Matt if he could be of help as I got out of my car. I already knew what car I was looking for (2016 Odyssey) Matt wasted no time in showing me the inventory and explaining the difference of the various models. His knowledge of his products was out standing and his courtesy, friendly attitude and patience was a pleasant change from the experience I have had with other dealerships. His patience was of particular importance to me as I am severely deaf and he had to repeat explanations numerous times. He never seemed bothered by my hearing loss and tried very hard to speak clearly and loud enough for me to hear him.
