His knowledge of his products was out standing and his courtesy, friendly attitude and patience was a pleasant change from the experience I have had with other dealerships. His patience was of particular importance to me as I am severely deaf and he had to repeat explanations numerous times. He never seemed bothered by my hearing loss and tried very hard to speak clearly and loud enough for me to hear him.
