Eric, the internet manager, helped in the negotiations before my wife and I with our 2 year old arrived at the dealership. The new Pilot was cleaned and ready before we got there. Anybody buying a vehicle at the dealership with kids understands how important it is to get in and out. Charlie had us finished in less than an hour. Jason, the finance manager, did a great job handling our finances and warranty options. Good Job Arrowhead Honda and I will see you again in about a year for my next new car purchase. More

The dealership management and Tony found a way to get us exactly the car we wanted on the day we walked into the dealership. Even though the process took a while, Tony stayed late to deliver the vehicle and show us how everything operated. That was greatly appreciated since my mom needed a lot of help understanding all the new technology in her new CRV. Low pressure, great price, and very professional. Arrowhead Honda is better than most of the dealers I have experiencer over my 75 years. According to my research I believe they were overpriced. The best thing about this purchase was the salesman, Jason Caldera. He is pleasant, knowledgeable, respectful and not at all pushy. I would go back to deal with him again in a heartbeat. We asked David to have a sales rep call us to discuss a lease as were trying to pay as little as possible per month. We heard from Tony Cicala and we set up an appointment for Saturday morning Jan 16, 2016. Met with Tony and he already had a car ready for us when we arrived. We test drove a 2016 Accord LX and a 2016 Civic Sedan. We ended up choosing the Civic. Tony explained some of the features of the vehicle including how to set up Bluetooth, how to use the Econo button, as well as expected gas mileage. The price point was where we wanted to be and the monthly payment was in line with what we were expecting as well. In Finance we met with Jason Heximer. Jason was very polite and professional and made us feel very comfortable with the financing process. More
