Fast, friendly & fair I am very happy with the service I received at Arrowhead Honda! I messaged about 2 used Honda Pilots I was interested in & was able to get in quickly I am very happy with the service I received at Arrowhead Honda! I messaged about 2 used Honda Pilots I was interested in & was able to get in quickly to test drive them. I ended up purchasing a very well taken care of used Pilot Touring for a fair price. Michael Cano was my salesperson, he was friendly & easy to talk to. He didn't try to pressure me into anything extra, or that cost more, like places I've been in the past. I paid cash for my vehicle so I didn't really need much time with financing, just to get all of the official paperwork & registration done. Jason Heximer in finance was super friendly, and efficient. He asked about a couple of extra options to add on to my purchase, I declined & he accepted that without hesitation. I REALLY appreciated not being pressured, or dealing with the stereotypical salesperson that won't take no for an answer. The whole process, from test driving both vehicles through signing paperwork only took about an hour. I had to leave the car there for the night for them to do the final inspection, wash & detailing, & it was pristine when I picked it up! I LOVE MY NEW (USED) PILOT!! Best experience buying a new car ever! Eric Galliani worked us a great deal on our new passport. At the last minute he even gave us a little more on our trade in. I couldn’t get to the dealership to pick up the new truck until 6:30. He sat in the vehicle with me for an hour to explain all of the new fangled buttons on these modern trucks. I would have been lost without his tutorial. As I was leaving he said that something might happen and I wouldn’t know how to handle it.
