After months of searching for the perfect Ford Explorer we found one just slightly higher than our budget but called Arrowhead Honda anyway to get som After months of searching for the perfect Ford Explorer we found one just slightly higher than our budget but called Arrowhead Honda anyway to get some info. We talked to Graham, let him know what we were looking for and what we could pay. He told us he’d see what he can do and give us a call back. Less than an hour later Graham called back and was able to give us the amount we asked for! We came right down to the dealership, met Graham, looked at the vehicle and test drove and started the process. Graham was professional, personable and knew what he was talking about. Sometimes buying a vehicle can be stressful, nerve racking and frustrating which it was for us up until we met with Graham! He made the whole process enjoyable and exciting and very smooth! Our experience was a great one thanks to him! We met with Jason for financing and he was amazing! The signing process was extremely smooth, quick and efficient!
