He showed incredible patience with my husband who has some health problems, but still desires to make the best deal possible. The extra phone calls, the explanations, the answers to every question were givven honestly, and we felt Jason was very intrested in us and in making the sale work for us. From my first electronic contact with Jason Howell to my drive-away handshake, EVERYTHING was professional, up-front and easy for me to conclude a major purchase deal. I am a demanding buyer, a CEO of two companies and I chair or belong to several boards of directors. I know superior performance and less than. Five Star is superior and I am glad to be able to tell you that. Questions that couldn't be answered, were researched and answered with honesty. I felt welcomed by the newly introduced service dept as well as the sales guys and gals. It was a no-pressure, "We want o make this personal" experience that I enjoyed.
