She was so rude. I was going to order new windshield wipers and check on hats promised when we bought my husbands X1 a few months ago. I decided to ask for the hats, which were still on back order, I let the wipers go because I didn’t want to speak to her to pay for them. Today is sad because I just picked up my car from an auto care place because I needed the windshield wipers and did not want to endure her ignorant nature again to pay for them. I would have much rather kept my pristine Z4 all OEM but the aggravation was not worth the visit. I hope she is gone before I look for my next BMW because seriously… after number 7 from your dealership… I’ve never dealt with such an ignorant person! I might think twice since every service would require me to deal with her!
