Good morning Audi manager, I’m hoping you can help me solve the issues I’m having with the Audi 4 I just purchased less than a month ago from your team. Something is wrong with the engine and some rattl solve the issues I’m having with the Audi 4 I just purchased less than a month ago from your team. Something is wrong with the engine and some rattling in the front tires. I’ve sent communication to your sales team and made an appointment with your maintenance team. I brought it in Friday and Jason Saechao said he sees that something going on with the electrical engine. He will need to keep it a few days to do a dynamic that will be over $300 and having to rent a car for the 2-days is another $200-ish more. I just put over $3000 down on this car that I’m not happy with. I think is responsible of me to expect the car I just purchased from what is a reputable company would stand behind their product. California law says with any car used sold, their is a reasonable understanding the car is in proper working order. This Audi A4 clearly is not. Your staff has been very nice but the feeling of being deceived is overwhelming. More
