I just purchased my second vehicle from this dealership (and the same sales associate) and am very satisfied with the entire process. Jason was very helpful during the demonstration and test drive as we (and the same sales associate) and am very satisfied with the entire process. The experience working with your dealership has been terrible. From the moment that I started looking at trucks on your website, I was inundated with calls from your sales team repeatedly trying to sell terrible. From the moment that I started looking at trucks on your website, I was inundated with calls from your sales team repeatedly trying to sell me vehicles that I wasn't interested in. I had to tell these salespeople to stop calling me on multiple occasions. When we finally went in to order a truck, we worked with Jason Jenista. Jason did not listen to what we told him, he was arrogant and condescending, and he was rude to my wife on multiple occasions. Jason was also visibly annoyed when we chose to finance our truck through our credit union instead of Toyota's financing department. We are nice people and like to give people a lot of slack, but to say Jason was unprofessional would be an understatement. I should note that on subsequent trips to the dealership, I overheard salespeople make disparaging remarks about customers that they had been working with. Unfortunately, our experience working with the service department was even worse than the sales department. I had to make numerous phone calls just to get in touch with someone to install the parts that we had previously ordered and paid for. The service department voicemail was constantly full and I often could not leave a message. I ended up making three different appointments to the service center to get running boards installed. I was told that the running boards that we ordered and paid for were in stock and each time I had an appointment to have them installed. Each time I went, no one seemed to know what was supposed to happen with my truck. On my first two trips, I was told that the dealership actually did not have the running boards, once after waiting for about three hours. On the third trip, the wrong running boards were installed, and apparently those are the boards I am stuck with because the dealership has stopped responding to me. The slogan of this dealership is "No Bull" but unfortunately it has just been Bull from day one. I will never use this dealership again, and have already told everyone I know to shop elsewhere. More

Jason was awesome and super respectful of our time. We were in and out in about 2 hours and some of that was just waiting for the printer :) I couldn't have asked for a smoother leasing experience.
