Jan 21, 2024 We were introduced to Mr Jason Jenista, who stayed with us the entire time 2pm until 6:40pm from test drive to purchase, when we drove off with our brand new 2023 Toyota Crown. He was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the Crown Limited’s many features. It was our first experience with a “Hybrid / All Wheel Drive” highly optioned Toyota Crown. Jason was very pleasant and patient in demonstrating all of the features’. Purchasing went quickly with “No Bull” (dealership motto lol), once we decided on the Toyota Crown. Good for the most part until the sale was over. I had to call a couple times to get my extra key fob and a scratch on the safe taken care of. He was hard to get some of after the sale was made. Easy to work with and stayed open late to accommodate us to help us trade in my vehicle. And when the first vehicle did not end up working for us number wise they didn’t try to make it make since to us on w to help us trade in my vehicle. I've been purchasing vehicles from Wilsonville Toyota since Nov. 2021 with this RAV4 being my 6th purchase. I was always comfortable with letting Jason know what I wanted and being able to trust that I since Nov. 2021 with this RAV4 being my 6th purchase. I was always comfortable with letting Jason know what I wanted and being able to trust that I would be treated fairly. Something has changed at Wilsonville Toyota and after my last purchase, I can no longer trust that I will get treated fairly. I still plan on including Wilsonville Toyota in my purchasing plan, however I will have to compare shop with other Toyota dealers to make sure I am getting a good price. I knew when I left that something wasn't right and what I was being told wasn't completely true. I hate more than anything being lied too, especially when there is no reason to do so. Fortunately I was able to at least cancel the third-party extended warranty (and recoup my money) while purchasing a Toyota Warranty from the local Toyota dealership for $1,000 less. I did overpay for my RAV4 by $2,000 as a result of having to purchase two xx dealer add-ons. My advice is to shop around and to walk away if something doesn't feel right. It's just a car. More
