I’ve been a Depaula (and previosly Orange Ford) customer for 25+ years, service is always excellent and I’ve never had a bad experience with the service department. As a new customer to DePaula Ford, I am amazed at how efficient the process is in the service department. From the convenience of the drive in service, to the prompt attention I received. Chance was great at keeping me updated along the way. Although the waiting area was set up great, allowing me to work virtually, and was spread out making it open and comfortable. Great experience!
