Salesman was wonderful I was lucky enough to meet up with a great salesman. He was not pushy and he answered all questions. When it came down to actually signing the docum I was lucky enough to meet up with a great salesman. He was not pushy and he answered all questions. When it came down to actually signing the documents, he went above and beyond to help me. I had rented a car from Enterprise and drove it to the dealership. Enterprise refused to pick up the car so Jason L. at Heiser followed me to Enterprise to drop off the car and he drove me back to Heiser to drive my new car home. Everyone was friendly at the dealership. After purchasing the car, Jason followed up with me and offered many times to answer questions I may have no matter when I had them. He spent 45 to 60 minutes with me going over every detail of the car. Going over what every button did and explained all the computer screens. I would highly recommend this dealership and Jason L. There were covers on the roof rails that were missing that everyone missed when vehicle was delivered. After a week, this was discovered by me when I was investigating a kayak rack. I called Jorgo, he ordered the covers for me. When I arrived, they were ready. There was no charge to me and the appointment went quick. Thanks to Jorgo and parts. More
