Repaired, mostly as I would expect Repair was under warranty - obviously not Heiser's fault that my Highlander had a a bad strut. Was a little put off by the fact that my seat was completely moved and for whatever reason my head lights were turned from auto to the off position when I picked the vehicle up. Neither are a huge deal but they should not have been messed with during the repair of the strut. More
