Purchased a brand new 2010 Escape on 9/14/09. We contacted Jim Koziel our salesman on Thursday the 17th. The radio was going in and out. They told us that there was nothing they could do. I went contacted Jim Koziel our salesman on Thursday the 17th. The radio was going in and out. They told us that there was nothing they could do. I went to service on Saturday the 19th and they said they have had problems in the past with the Escape radios and replacing the radio and/or module didn't work. Jim and Jason said they have never heard of this problem before. I believe that they were just trying to cover themselves. My wife called Jim and complained and he said that he would see what is going on and get back to us on Saturday. Never did, I had to call him on Saturday only to have him tell me that the guy he was trying to contact wasn't in. He told me he would call me on Monday and tell me the answer. Never called again. I called him twice that day too. Jim finally calls me back and says that I have to contact Ford to get this taken care. So I had to wait three days to hear that answer. The customer service there us unbelievable. They hound you until you buy a car and then once you buy it, they don't care anymore. Now I have to deal with this and get it taken care of on my own time. This is a great example of an employee that does not belong dealing with customers. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. F- More
