I am from Wisconsin tried buying 2019 Ram Limited back in April 10 had financing lined up through Wells Fargo which was through them called several times Friday to make sure truck was there no one didn't kno April 10 had financing lined up through Wells Fargo which was through them called several times Friday to make sure truck was there no one didn't know where the truck was never got a call back but then I see the truck went from 53000 to almost 58000 so now I know why the didn't call me back shady business practice. Customer service was good, overall got a good deal. I would’ve done 5 stars if they went above and beyond. I would’ve liked my requests at least attempted to be filled instead of excuses as to why they would’ve done 5 stars if they went above and beyond.
