I bought a car in 2015 elsewhere and take it back to that dealership regularly for maintenance. When I started having problems on my 2 year old vehicle, the relationship turned sour very quickly. The issues I was having were not taken seriously and could have been life threatening. Nothing was ever accomplished. We decided to go to Carter to purchase a new vehicle for our family and now I am actually looking forward to bringing it in for check-ups instead of completely dreading it. More

I was highly surprised on how I put my name and number in this website to find a Tahoe and not even 30 mins later I got 2 personal videos from Carter. I was highly surprised on how fast they reacted and how they took time to make a video. I went up there the next day to look at one that just came in that morning. I absolulty loved how laid back and comfortable it was there. I was undeceive about a few things I was looking for in the Tahoe and Kevin was very patient with me. I went home and thought about it the next day. The following day I went up there and bought a preowned 2017 LT Tahoe. Before I left they took the time to go out to the vehicle to show me some features that may have been complicated to figure out on my own and help me set up OnStar. Everyone I talked to up there was extremely nice and we will be going up there for now on for our vehicles. I highly recommend this dealership! More
