The first time we leased a Ford Explorer from him and had a wonderful experience. Recently, (1/12/21)we leased a Ford F-150, and again, Jason was amazing. Jason makes purchasing a vehicle as easy as can be. He listens to what you want in a vehicle and makes sure that throughout the whole experience you are getting the car or truck you want. From the minute you sit down at his desk you do not feel the pressure of a car salesman, but it's more like "shooting the breeze with an old friend". Jason went through multiple options with us, was realistic, and NEVER made us feel like we had to make a decision immediately (even if it was a Friday night and he has a young family at home). A few days later when I came back to pick up the truck, it looked amazing! He had a salesman show me the "bells and whistles" of the truck but he personally set up a personal door code (separate from the master code) for me so "you guys won't have to deal with it". Jason pays attention to detail and makes sure that the little things are taken care of for the customer. This is what separates him from others and shows a willingness to go above and beyond for the customer.
