I was HIGHLY satisfied with my recent purchase at Herb Chambers Ford of Westborough! I reached out to the dealership and was immediately connected to the GM Jason Lehner. Jason was friendly, attentive, respectful, knowledgeable, and his personality is easy to mesh with. I initially came in for a used Ford F350 dump and was given HONEST feedback about the vehicle I inquired about. After discussing, due to covid the dealership really didn't have much to choose from after we ruled out the dump truck. Jason assisted for 2 weeks as we found the perfect truck that fit my needs! Luckily a slightly used truck came in and he held it for me while I got all the financing together. The truck is in beautiful condition and rides like a dream! I am now a proud owner of a 2017 Ford F350 Full Cab Long Bed Lariat Edition. I'll be back to buy another truck in the near future! Great Work, 2020 GT350 Heritage Edition Ford announced the 2020 GT350 Heritage Edition in Dec 2019, a limited edition to honor the 1965 Shelby. I was very interested in a GT350, especially Ford announced the 2020 GT350 Heritage Edition in Dec 2019, a limited edition to honor the 1965 Shelby. I was very interested in a GT350, especially this one with the 1965 color schemes that work so well on this car. I contacted several Ford dealers and none were aware of this model. I emailed Jillian via their Internet Sales and she worked to confirm Herb Chambers could help with the order. David Chapin, Sales and Jason Lehner, General Sales Manager, helped me at the dealership to configure and order the car. Great communication on the status of the order during the COVID-19 period. The car was delivered in early July 2020 and it was everything I expected, right down to making sure all delivery items on my list were completed. David did a great job showing me all the GT350's features and setting up my phone. More
