Hello my name is Jason Logue, I was born in Philadelphia Pennsylvania and I'm a die hard Eagles fan. I'm married with two daughters and I have been associated and or employed with Ferman since 2000. I was a Police Officer for almost 10 years, which I will always miss, but being home with my wife and kids is important to me and being a part of the Ferman team allows me to do that.

Horrible customer service Two Saturday in a row I was told to bring my car in to service a recall that I was under the impression was previously completed ,but turned out it wa Two Saturday in a row I was told to bring my car in to service a recall that I was under the impression was previously completed ,but turned out it was not due to missing parts. Also needed the gas cap & a light changed. After my car was sitting there since the 9 AM, i received a message that it was ready and come pick it up. Sitting in my car ready to drive home I realized nothing was done, recall still not fixed, gas cap and light not changed....and none could help me because Jason was not there anymore, there was no manager onsite, basically everyone just passed the ball to the next person, but the issue is still not resolved. Both times I was given incorrect information and dealt with Jason. Incidentally there was another customer who returned also due to incomplete items and incorrect pricing, he also dealt with Jason and said he has had bad experiences with him in the past, Jason does not seem to understand or care about basic customer service needs. More

Wont use this service department again Took my 2019 Jeep Wrangler in for its first oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived I mentioned that the new 2019 Wrangler require 5 quarts of oi Took my 2019 Jeep Wrangler in for its first oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived I mentioned that the new 2019 Wrangler require 5 quarts of oil opposed to the previous models that require 6 quarts. Get my service invoice and it says 6 quarts were added. I expressed my concerns to the service advisor who still claimed that 6 quarts was correct despite me pointing out in the owners manual where it says 5 quarts. Took 3 days to get in contact with the service manager who finally was able to resolve the issue. Also asked for my spare tire to be incorporated in the tire rotation, come to find out it was never touched. Definitely won’t be returning to this service department as I can not trust them to perform something as simple as an oil change correctly. More

Flat tire with huge hole At 4pm last Friday I got a flat tire from something large in my tire and was unable to pump it up so had to have it towed to Ferman Dodge in NPR. Sinc At 4pm last Friday I got a flat tire from something large in my tire and was unable to pump it up so had to have it towed to Ferman Dodge in NPR. Since it was so late the car was just dropped off at the dealer. Jason Longue called me first thing Saturday morning to tell me that he had the car and would look into the repair and get back to me. Results were I needed a new tire. Jason said he would get it in Monday morning and have my car ready to pickup which he did. Got a call at 11:30 that the car was ready. Thank You Jason!! More

Service department My 2016 truck should not have all these problems they cannot fix the clunking sound at 35 miles per hour everything that they repaired the interior do My 2016 truck should not have all these problems they cannot fix the clunking sound at 35 miles per hour everything that they repaired the interior dome light clearance lamps USB port turn signal backup camera are all broke again not to mention every time I bring it in for an oil change they print up all the services that they provide if you check personally you'll discover they did not check half of what they documented to performing. I understand this will reflect on Jason Logue who's the only good part so far for that maintenance department. More
