Confusing information I received no comments when picking up my car. A couple of days an email from M. hughes indicated I ignored recommendations. Poor Service, Doesn't honor terms of Extended Warranty Ferman Jeep doesn't honor the terms of the Max Care Lifetime warranty. Yesterday my 2013 Grand Cherokee broke down. There is a problem with the 4 whe Ferman Jeep doesn't honor the terms of the Max Care Lifetime warranty. Yesterday my 2013 Grand Cherokee broke down. There is a problem with the 4 wheel drive. I dropped it off at the service and was told that it would not be ready until Tuesday at the earliest. The max care lifetime warranty includes a loaner car for up to 5 days or rental car reimbursement. When I asked for a loaner I was told there were none available. I then asked for a rental and was told to Call Chrysler, our policy is not to honor that portion of the warranty. I was also treated with a hostile attitude when I complained about it. This it not the first time this has happened here. I honestly don't believe them when they say they don't have a loaner. If they wanted to they would find one for me. This isn't how you keep customers. More

Not honest long wait I had an appointment at 10:30 and wasn’t out until 12:00. Jason told me when I checked on my car at 11:30 that they were just finishing up.
