Hello my name is Jason Logue, I was born in Philadelphia Pennsylvania and I'm a die hard Eagles fan. I'm married with two daughters and I have been associated and or employed with Ferman since 2000. I was a Police Officer for almost 10 years, which I will always miss, but being home with my wife and kids is important to me and being a part of the Ferman team allows me to do that.

Quarterly Maintenance The whole staff is friendly and I'm starting to build a relationship with them since we have 2 vehicles from Ferman over the last couple years. It's good to see the same employees especially since they are helpful, consistent and their communication has improved on what was already good. Factory mileage check up. Responded to a special offer, while there I had the recommended factory mileage check up and a recall done. I was satisfied with My service. people are friendly but price to value is non existent Service Consultant(s) and reception were always polite and professional. I made an appointment and then dropped my vehicle off the day before the 8 Service Consultant(s) and reception were always polite and professional. I made an appointment and then dropped my vehicle off the day before the 8am schedule time since I know it can be a little hectic for early AM service teams. Explained to intake representative the primary issue because this is the second time I've experienced this AC issue, first time it was addressed under warranty (at my purchasing dealership out of state, I have since relocated).... No response from dealership the entire day on status even after an attempted call and voicemail. Once I contacted the dealership the next business day, the assigned "mechanic" had called in sick and the vehicle was not even attended to...it took my nudging for them to address resource planning to accommodate without waiting yet another business day for resolution since same mechanic called in sick for the second consecutive day. Im not sure how a service manager cant identify scheduling issues and reprioritize staffing based on appointments/ tech availability and that it takes a customers in-coming call to identify theres a vehicle "waiting"....SO that's where it started....theres more.... Service Consultant finally called and explained it would be $500+ to add dye for a diagnosis and that the other requested service item (door hinge) would be almost $400 to address. Walking through the door hinge recommendation, the consultant explained the part was $80 and the rest was labor to install.... The OEM part for this request (lower door hinge) is online for $47....after the delay(s) and ridiculous markups in the estimate, I requested they return my vehicle. So, I picked up my vehicle and added refrigerant (with tools and product for r -1234yf) it cost $181 at O'Reily's. and lubed the hinge for $12. I realize the AC may still be "leaking" however, and as explained at drop-off in the beginning, the last recharge under warranty lasted almost 4 yrs, so Ill take my chances at this point...or sell the vehicle due to the design and almost improbable reparability with the rear ac lines and location/placement of hoses and equipment issues on the current Durango. I do realize that dealerships are in business and need to make a profit, and have the ability to charge a bit of a premium, but, from my humble opinion, this is excessive and I WILL not do business there again. More

Hate all the appts Ive taken my van in several times for minor things. I had moisture in a headlight on 1 visit and the 1 back seat wouldnt fold and go. For that 1 visit Ive taken my van in several times for minor things. I had moisture in a headlight on 1 visit and the 1 back seat wouldnt fold and go. For that 1 visit i had 3 diff appts. Im not crazy about that i have such a busy life with a disabled husband and i cant afford to have my car tied up 3 diff times for half a day ea time. My last visit i had moisture behing my speed gauge i have to have another appt to find out why its there and then another appt to fix. More
