GM Jason Montalvo neglects all subsequent emails and subsequent phone calls despite recorded on phone assuring me finance manager’s misconduct is “grounds for termination” regarding embezzlement of $4,100 in Toyota extra care plans after explicitly stating no extra plans or add-ons at time of vehicle signing. Atlantic Hyundai is instructing me to wait 12 weeks for a refund of $3,800 despite Toyota extra care reporting no record of any plans purchased.
Toyota also reports: a refund takes less than 30 days.
Toyota further reports : “since no care plan application has been entered in their system by Atlantic Hyundai to this date, a refund can be issued today”
