The management team took the time to listen to our needs and put together a sale that was effortless and stress free. None of the typical “haggling back and forth” just straight forward numbers that made sense and a product that we both were looking forward to buy. Our sales representative Ryan was knowledgeable, friendly and took us the through the delivery process of our new Fusion with a personable touch. He also helped my wife pair our cell phone to the vehicle. Keith in finance presented the entire contract in simple terms that buyers understand and presented available options without any pressure or hard core sales tactics. With our heavy commuting & high miles we purchased a Ford ESP extended service agreement and have peace of mind that we are covered up to 100,000 miles.
