Called and talked to Jason over the phone to set an appointment to view an Odyssey. He had it all set up and ready to go by time we arrived. He was very proffesional with a laid back attitude. My experience with Inver Grove Honda was very positive, because my salesperson, Jason was an excellent listener. He understood what I was saying I wanted, as far as a sales experience, an automobile, and because my salesperson, Jason was an excellent listener. He provided exactly what I asked for and not one of my requests for information was treated as if it were unreasonable or impossible. I felt we had a sincere interaction, without the all-too-customary 'bull.' He made a point of introducing me to every department I would be working with as our deal progressed and every interaction was genuine - not designed to manipulate or stall me, not once a waste of my time. The deal was fair, professionally and expeditiously handled. I have been buying cars for myself and my family for over forty years. We visited this dealership 2 years ago when buying used, but they didn't have the right vehicle. So we had to purchase our car from another dealer. But during that initial visit, we were impressed with Jaso but they didn't have the right vehicle. So we had to purchase our car from another dealer. But during that initial visit, we were impressed with Jason. Two years later, when we were ready to buy new, we called Jason. Our experience was outstanding. We didn't intend to purchase a car that day. However, 2 hours after setting foot in the dealership, we were on our way out with a brand new car! Nice job Inver Grove Honda! More
