Today I went to Inver Grove Honda to service the 2010 Pilot I had purchased there previously and decided to look at what was available for used vehicles. I am a very picky customer and generally can not find what I am looking for in a used car at a dealership. I met Jason today and we talked for a little while about what I was looking for and after just a few sentences he was able to identify exactly what I was looking for in their inventory. I test drove it, took it home to consult my wife, and we bought it this afternoon. This is my second great purchasing experience with Inver Grove Honda, and I will be back again! Jason was great to work with - he was an active listener and clearly understood what I was looking for, was able to use his knowledge of the inventory to immediately identify precisely what I had asked for, and made the rest of the process quick and easy for us. Jason was knowledgeable, courteous, professional through the entire process and this is one of the biggest reasons I will be back for my next purchase! More

My wife and I were looking for a used car. We saw a vehicle we liked at Inver Grove Honda but decided to shop around to see if we could find a better deal on the same vehicle. Jason was very helpful. He listened while we described what we were looking for. When we requested information regarding the vehicle we were interestd in he immediately went in and gave us the car fax and what we were looking for.
