Jason Pelmear was our Sales Consultant in 2011 and we asked for him again when we bought our 2014 Fusion. Jason was excellent to work with, very knowledgeable, and made the trade-in and buying process very easy. He took a lot of time to show us all the new features of the 2014 model. There was absolutely no pressure in the sale, trade-in or financing process. Northside Ford is a excellent dealer, both in sales and service and we will use them and Jason Pelmear again. More

My husband and I have dealt with other dealerships whose employees made us feel like they did not really want us help us, but were only interested in making a sale and we were an inconvenience to them. I personally spoke to Jason by telephone many times over the 2 weeks prior to us coming to Northside Ford and he was always friendly and went over and above to work with our schedules and never tried to push us into anything. We were having problems with the Toyota Tundra we traded in and had to wait for the transmission to be replaced before we could meet with Jason about trading it in. From the time we arrived we were greeted warmly by each of the employees we came in contact with. Jason took us to his office and we discussed where we were and what we might be able to buy. My husband prefers the Ford F-150 and we were hoping to be able to afford a new F-150 if possible. Jason immediately looked over their currently inventory and found a truck that he felt we could trade up to. Needless to say we were thrilled that we could with our trade in have a brand new Ford F-150 before leaving the dealership. Needless to say we will recommend to our family and friends that they should go see Jason at Northside Ford for an honest deal and great customer service. More
