Top Notch Dealership Jason Pelmear is a real super star. Easy shopping Went here based on the service department reputation. Searched thru Internet pricing and Jason was in constant contact, did not just throw out a price Went here based on the service department reputation. I knew mostly what I wanted and Jason helped refine the selections based on packages. Great help, great service. More

Northside Ford is excellent to deal with We bought a 2012 Fusion in 2011 from Northside Ford because it was priced significantly less than a Boerne ford dealer, and just traded it in on a 201 We bought a 2012 Fusion in 2011 from Northside Ford because it was priced significantly less than a Boerne ford dealer, and just traded it in on a 2014 Fusion from Northside Ford in August. Jason Pelmear was our Sales Consultant in 2011 and we asked for him again when we bought our 2014 Fusion. Jason was excellent to work with, very knowledgeable, and made the trade-in and buying process very easy. He took a lot of time to show us all the new features of the 2014 model. There was absolutely no pressure in the sale, trade-in or financing process. Northside Ford is a excellent dealer, both in sales and service and we will use them and Jason Pelmear again. More

My I want to commend Northside Ford for hiring excellent employees like Jason Pelmear to guide customers in the process of purchasing a new vehicle. My husband and I have dealt with other dealerships whose employees made us feel like they did not really want us help us, but were only interested in making a sale and we were an inconvenience to them. I personally spoke to Jason by telephone many times over the 2 weeks prior to us coming to Northside Ford and he was always friendly and went over and above to work with our schedules and never tried to push us into anything. We were having problems with the Toyota Tundra we traded in and had to wait for the transmission to be replaced before we could meet with Jason about trading it in. From the time we arrived we were greeted warmly by each of the employees we came in contact with. Jason took us to his office and we discussed where we were and what we might be able to buy. My husband prefers the Ford F-150 and we were hoping to be able to afford a new F-150 if possible. Jason immediately looked over their currently inventory and found a truck that he felt we could trade up to. Needless to say we were thrilled that we could with our trade in have a brand new Ford F-150 before leaving the dealership. Needless to say we will recommend to our family and friends that they should go see Jason at Northside Ford for an honest deal and great customer service. More

We were looking to upgrade our F-150 from a previous purchase from Nothside Ford and made that our first stop again. Jason Palmear's impressive friendly customer oriented service allowed us to shop and choose what we were looking for. He made us aware of all the options that come with an F-150 and then asked what in particular we were looking for. The even more impressive experience was he was able to deliver a few different choices with the options we were looking for. There was none of the "try to sell me something I don't want" or "push certain inventory" hassles. He made our experience easy and enjoyable to be excited of our purchase. Furthermore, Jason went above and beyond working with us showing a direct bottom price without any stressful haggling. We strongly recommend Northside Ford of San Antonio, Tx and Jason Palmear to any vehicle hunters out there if they are looking for the ultimate customer service with a friendly staff that will give you an OUTSTANDING overall buying experience with the best pricing!
