Within a few minutes he contacted us that he had the 2012 vehicle we were looking for. He had it parked in front and he and Jason Pelmear were waiting for us. My husband worked out the price with David while I drove the car with Jason. We bought the car that day. Great service and very professional. I was delightfully satisfied with my experience on this visit and purchase with Northside Ford. I have purchased my last several vehicles through Northside and this visit by far exceeds the previous purch visit and purchase with Northside Ford. I was simply going in to see if a deal could be made at the present time and Jason immediately got to work to see if a deal could be reached. He was able to get me upgraded into a brand new 2011 Ford Edge at the price I was looking for and the accomodations I requested. The entire visit took approximately 3 hours which is the least amount of time I have ever experienced. I left the dealership surprised and satisfied. I have referred other customers to Northside before and they too have had a pleasant experience. I look forward to doing business with Northside for many years to come. More
