Great experience! I was pleased to do business at Fred Anderson Toyota. I called at ask about a payoff on my current lease. Steve Darling lead me in the right direction I was pleased to do business at Fred Anderson Toyota. I called at ask about a payoff on my current lease. Steve Darling lead me in the right direction. He also offered me a great deals on the new 2017 Tundra Limited. Now I am in a new Tundra with lower payments then my old lease. The whole sales team and management worked together to make it happen. 2 cars in 1 day Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston gave our two brand new cars the best deal as possible. When we first got to the dealership we were introduced to Ja Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston gave our two brand new cars the best deal as possible. When we first got to the dealership we were introduced to Jason Andrews (Salesperson). He introduced to us the Rav-4 at first but then he also showed us the brand new 2018 Toyota CH-R. He was a friendly person and had patience with us by staying after their closing hours. Jason Andrews later brought Jason Perez (Used Car Director-manager) who also stayed after their closing hours. Jason Perez was also a friendly person as well and he told us, "Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston is well known for their incredible deals". We then decided to pick another vehicle to trade with our truck. Jason Perez gave us the most value he could to lower down the price of our second vehicle. Jose Velasquez (Service technician) was our translator and he also took out of his time working at service by translating with us. He also stayed after closing hours. Robert was our financial person and was a friendly person as well. All of these four staff had patience and were friendly with us the whole time. All four staff gave us the best deal as possible for our two cars. I recommend anyone to come to Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston to get the best deal in either a new or used car. Especially look for Jason Andrews (Salesperson). He will help you out with getting your new vechicle. More

Great experience Yet again I had a great experience with Toyota of Charleston. Shane is an awesome salesperson who is very knowledgeable and doesn't pressure you in to a purchase. Once I knew what I wanted Jason was very willing to negotiate with me in order to get me in the vehicle I wanted. When I thought it couldn't get any better Alesia was able to help me out even more by getting me a better interest rate than I already had with my personal bank. I will recommend Fred Anderson to all my friends! More

The Best of the BEST! I went on Sunday to possibly lease my first car. I believed leasing was the best option for me at this time in my life. The receptionist was very nice I went on Sunday to possibly lease my first car. I believed leasing was the best option for me at this time in my life. The receptionist was very nice and led us to Tonya Walker. From the beginning of the transaction to the end Tonya was very professional and very knowledgeable. Tonya was able to answer any questions that I had and was willing to work with me to attain exactly what I was needed. Jason was also very professional and answered any questions I had. I ended up leasing the exact car I wanted for a great price. I walked out of the dealership with a great experience and more than I could have ever imagined. Thank you Tonya for the great experience!
