He makes you feel relaxed and is very understanding that buying a new car can be a hard thing for anyone. He put me at ease and as we got into the talking points, I was convinced that I was going to buy the car. We agreed on a very fair price and we sealed the deal. Another gentleman who also impressed me was the Financial Service Manager Jason. While the Financing portion of the process went very quickly (Note; last time was a very very long process) it was definitely too much of a hard sell to purchase the upgrade packages. The Finance person (Believe his name was Jason) actually challenged us asking "How much do you spend when you go out for dinner" to almost make us feel like we waste our money on other things as opposed to adding the upgrades. A real turnoff after a great experience with Justin. More

Most enjoyable car purchase I ever had. I was in the market for a new car and researched 4 major car manufrs. before arriving at Dayton. I informed Beth exactly what type of SUV I was lookin I was in the market for a new car and researched 4 major car manufrs. before arriving at Dayton. I informed Beth exactly what type of SUV I was looking for and a ball park price. She showed me a couple SUVs and we discussed options, etc. I told her I was still going to look around and then get back to her, so without any pressure she said she'd be there if needed. I continued onto 3 other dealers and ended up at DCH Toyota in No. Brunswick. I was comparing the same car as I saw at Dayton. After some price negotiating & getting DCH as low as they would go, I called Beth and she said if I was going to buy a Toyota then come back and she'll do better. I walked out of DCH and headed to Dayton where her promise was kept. Not only did Dayton beat the reduced price, but the manager gave me 10% off an additional car option just for returning to Dayton! I indulged in the remote starter and have been completely satisfied with my purchase and experience with Beth and all who assisted with the purchase. I was in and out in 1 hr with the car in my hand. It was great to see that Dayton keeps the old "family style" selling tactic and not your typical "car salesmen" pressure. Definitely will recommend to friends and return when in need of another vehicle. More
