The whole point in trading down was to get a smaller car and money back. Went back today & finance mgr. corrected the misunderstanding. Hopefully I will get my refund first part of the week considering I was promised it today by Jason. Everything is satisfactory now. If & when I trade in my 2025 I will most definitely deal with Jason again. More

Jason Ramsland Went over and beyond to help our daughter get into her Honda pilot. There was some issues with the headlight and he put her in a loaner twice because there was some problems.
