STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP I bought a used vehicle here on Monday 4/1. I was approved for a loan, signed the paperwork, left with the car. Prior to getting the car I did ask if it would be detailed be here on Monday 4/1. I was approved for a loan, signed the paperwork, left with the car. Prior to getting the car I did ask if it would be detailed because it was dirty. The salesman Jay assured me that it would be detailed when I picked it up. It was not. Literally the same as it was when I test drove it. I spoke with a different guy and his excuse was "oh we get so many cars that come in and they are so dirty we can't possibly get the car totally clean." I said I could do a better job. I took a baby wipe and showed him some dirt that came up in the cup holder. He said "yes you or I could do a better job". Guy, It is YOUR JOB to get a car clean. There was still dirt in the cup holders, food or something in between the seats. A quick wipe with a wet cloth could fix it. There was also a situation with the head manager YELLING at one of the employees. He was so loud, everyone heard him and he was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. He even threw something at the wall. I should have taken this as a sign to leave. This is just the beginning. I take my vehicle home after purchase. No problem I'll just clean it myself. Fast forward to Friday 4/5 and I get a call from the finance guy Shah saying that I need to pay them $1000 because he didn't do the loan paperwork correctly. I checked my paperwork to make sure and the contract i signed does not match what he is telling me. I was also not informed of this while at the dealership. I had put all the money I had for a down payment. If the loan I was approved for was a different amount then why was I not notified of this when we discussed the loan? This guy had two days to get the paperwork right and then waited until I had signed and left to tell me he messed up. WORST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE EVER. DO NOT GO STAY AWAY. More

They handed over my key after service. I could not locate my car for a long time in very cold night. I went back to front desk asked African black lady( who handed over my car key) where I could not locate my car for a long time in very cold night. I went back to front desk asked African black lady( who handed over my car key) where my car is. She told me," I do not know where your car is". And keep repeating It is not her problem. Then I started yelling and people heard it from the other room. One lady kindly assist me to locate my car. One of guy who works there was very upset that I yelled. He was telling me again and again that I was the terrible one. How odd ?? If I did not yell so I have to walk out of there without my car? I think this is what suppose happen. Simply the African black lady told me to find someone to help me find the car. Is it so difficult ? Unreliable. More

Went in for a 15k maintenance service at :8:10am on a Saturday, Car was brought out front at 9:30am but I waited until someone told me it was ready since I was ready a book, my phone had died. Two other Saturday, Car was brought out front at 9:30am but I waited until someone told me it was ready since I was ready a book, my phone had died. Two other customers where notified their cars where ready verbally while I waited.. By 10am I went up and asked if my car was ready, was informed it was, asked to speak to a manager not my assigned service rep. Service Rep appears saying my car was ready,I asked why was I not told since my car has been sitting out front for awhile, service rep says he texted me. I asked the other customers where verbally told and my phone died while I was waiting, why couldn't he come tell me 20 minutes ago. Said he was to busy. I asked to speak to the service manager, I asked if the rep was so busy why couldn't he ask someone else to tell me my car was ready? Got a generic apologies and we will look into it answer. Later checked my phone, only got an email from the service rep at 10:30am , no text message. More

I purchased my 2022 Tucson at your dealership last August. I’ve been having issues with the “Idle Stop and Go (ISG)” system since the beginning. I took the car for service twice and both times I’ve be August. I’ve been having issues with the “Idle Stop and Go (ISG)” system since the beginning. I took the car for service twice and both times I’ve been told that they do not see anything wrong with it. The system comes and goes by itself. Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. The light goes on and off by itself. This malfunction is causing the dashboard to be lit up with all kinds of warning lights and none of the safety features work when this happens. Today (04/17/2023) is the 3rd consecutive day that the warning lights are on. They do not go away. I’ve been dealing with Kendall Camacho (Service Advisor). I showed him all the reports that I got when these malfunctions happened. According to him, the “Lead Technician” said that he hasn’t seen those kinds of warnings before. If that is true, this person being the Lead Technician and not knowing how to fix this issue is of great concern. Last time I took my car for a whole day, for a full diagnosis. This was in January 2023. I do not have the time to keep going back to the dealership. I even had to pay for Uber to get back from the dealership because I could not get a loaner. I would hate to contact Hyundai Consumer Affairs directly to escalate this situation. The DTC Sub Systems with issues are always the same: LKAS and ESC. The DTC numbers are C164286 (LKAS) and C120001 (ESC). More
