I was requested for loaner but they didn't have it, that's fine. Then I requested for shuttle, waiting for 30 mins and texted the representative as well, no one reached out to me, then I decided to jus that's fine. Then I requested for shuttle, waiting for 30 mins and texted the representative as well, no one reached out to me, then I decided to just walked over to one of the restaurant near by. After two hours when they sent me a message that said my car is ready, I called them to let the shuttle pick me up if it's possible, then they said the someone will be there at 1:00pm to pick you up, I waited until 1:30, called them couple times regarding to the shuttle, 3 different persons picked up my call and they just keep transferring to each other. So I ended up walked it back and picked up my car that need recall service. Poorest service ever and it definitely hurting the brand as well. More

One of the worst dealerships i have ever known. Just because of this unprofessional employees I have to waste my time for threes times a month. I learned from them is if you have factory warranty o Just because of this unprofessional employees I have to waste my time for threes times a month. I learned from them is if you have factory warranty of 5 years and if the problem comes before 4/5 months before to expire your warranty. They will deny to fix it their answers will be your car have small engine so you can have transmission problem. What the heck they watch before they launch their junk vehicles out in market?? Why they sayo this is the nicest car before they sell to someone? I'm talking with my attorney to lawsuit against this Hyundai i have each and every video of them while i went to talk about the transmission problem.. I paid each and every penny which they told me to pay and still I have the same problem. I used to love Hyundai and I was going to buy ioniq 5 limited which I had pre ordered and also a suv for my business but I would never buy Hyundai products even if they launch best flying car. Pay $2000 extra but go with honda, Toyota or ford Atleast you have good resale value with those companies. More
