Great process. great customer service Recently purchased and F150, which started out as call based on an internet pricing. Patrick responded immediately, was patient to go over vehicles in Recently purchased and F150, which started out as call based on an internet pricing. Patrick responded immediately, was patient to go over vehicles in the lot explain the differences (all this over the phone when he had to walk back-and-forth to verify the availability of the vehicle). The sale process was very seamless, most of it over the phone or digital signatures (minor discrepancy in price, but it only required a 15 min conversation between sales and Finance). The parts team conversation was great too (had sideboards and bed cover installed from the dealership). There were small scratches on the bed, which the dealership was able to easily take care of using a quick repaint/ bedliner - for free! NEVER have I seen such a comfortable car buying process. More
