Service advisor was great. Pretty sure is name was Jason. My complaint is that when I dropped off the car I had no problems.. after picking up the car my USB port was not connecting my phone to Apple Car pl My complaint is that when I dropped off the car I had no problems.. after picking up the car my USB port was not connecting my phone to Apple Car play and within a week my battery died. So to me there may be a problem with the service techs. It takes almost half a day even with an appointment. I would like to bring the car back in but want to make sure it is at no charge for this issue. More
