Consistently Great Service I needed to go in without an appointment because I was having trouble starting my car. Once it started I drove straight to Maita. Jason and Ashley we I needed to go in without an appointment because I was having trouble starting my car. Once it started I drove straight to Maita. Jason and Ashley were helpful. Ashley helped save me time by asking me up front if I approved their installing a new battery if it failed the test. When a more expensive hybrid battery was needed, she consulted me. All in all it was a friendly, efficient and helpful visit. More

My car Camry is under the maintenance period (2 years), the staff is courteous, regarding my car it has a default represents in my 4 side windows, it will be fixed next time, I wasn't ready to wait 6 to 8 the staff is courteous, regarding my car it has a default represents in my 4 side windows, it will be fixed next time, I wasn't ready to wait 6 to 8 hours in the location during this appointment. Appointment 2/4/2020 Had appointment for 8:59 am and the representative was promptly at my car door when I pulled in. The Service Advisor was very thorough, reviewed the Had appointment for 8:59 am and the representative was promptly at my car door when I pulled in. The Service Advisor was very thorough, reviewed the service requirements with me and saw to it that my car was serviced and ready for pick up just as promised. The Courtesy car was was a bit disappointing however as a lot of soap deposits left on my car, requiring me to get it rewashed. Overall, pleased with my work done on my car. More

Maita Toyota Service to My 14 Year Old Rav4 My Service Representative, Jason Saephanh, was absolutely excellent! He guided me on the needs of my 15 year old Rav4!!!
