This was unexpected, which put us in a bind to have to purchase a bigger car. I have 2 kids of my own. I went to Savage to look for car with 3rd row seating, From the minute I walked in the dealership, I felt like I was dealing with family. My salesman Jason Schappell was wonderful. We never felt rushed, he took the time to answer all our questions and never was pushy as far as what we should get or spend. although I was just starting to look for a vehicle, and was planning to shop around I ended up buying a beautiful SUV right there and then. Everything was just right! I've dealt with dealers in the past and I've never recieved the customer service that I did recieve from Jason, and the Manager. I've dealt with them after the purchase, and still, get the service I got from the beginning. They went above and beyond to help us out. We no longer need to drive two cars to get around. I will definately go to them in the future for my next purchase. They are a bucnh of great guys! Thank You!!! More
