I was distraught when Jason came back to me with news of all the expensive work that was needed to make my car better, especially when I was only there for an oil change. In a nutshell, I lost it. But Jason all the expensive work that was needed to make my car better, especially when I was only there for an oil change. In a nutshell, I lost it. But Jason promised to check on my extended warranty and held off on all but a few necessities. I left the shop thinking that since it was warranty work I was looking for, I probably wouldn't hear from Jason for a while. Fortunately for me I was wrong. Jason contacted me the next day and informed me that the work was completely covered and an appointment was made for me to bring the car in and I'll get a loaner while my car is being fixed. I couldn't be more pleased with Granite Subaru and Jason. Thank you! More
